Commit to 3 45 minute  HITT classes a week (classes Monday, Friday, and Saturday 9:15-10am) Can't join us in person you can join us Via zoom 

200 minutes (3 hours, 20 minutes) of cardio a week, (walking, running, cycling, swimming, dancing, just more the body)

Receive a 6 week meal plan guide
